These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Texas Diabetes & Wellness Clinic (“Clinic,” “we,” or “us”). By providing your mobile phone number and submitting a contact or lead form, you agree to receive text messages from us as described below.
Texas Diabetes & Wellness Clinic uses SMS/text messaging to communicate with prospective and current patients who have requested information or submitted a contact form. Text messages sent through this program may include:
We do not send promotional marketing blasts to general audiences. All messages are sent to individuals who have provided their contact information and expressed interest in our services.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the clinic. For new patient inquiries, you may receive up to 6 messages in the first 7 days (initial outreach, time-preference request, intake link, and up to 3 follow-up reminders). After your first appointment is scheduled, messaging frequency decreases to appointment reminders only.
You may opt out of our text messaging program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent to that number.

Opting out of SMS messages does not affect your patient relationship or care with the clinic.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Texas Diabetes & Wellness Clinic does not charge any fees for participating in our text messaging program; however, your carrier may charge for text messages or data usage. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan’s messaging rates.
Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed on all networks. The Clinic and our SMS provider (Twilio, Inc.) are not responsible for undelivered messages due to carrier issues.
Your mobile phone number and information provided through our contact forms are used solely for the purposes described in these terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via text message or posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
